Review of Son of Rambow (2007) by Harlan H — 24 Mar 2009
This was actually a surprisingly fun movie. It has comedy and drama mixed with a little action. The story is heart warming and compelling. I know I am a little biased as a filmmaker but its fun to see the art of filmmaking reduced down to children just having fun by being creative.
Its a good lesson to the filmmakers who take themselves too seriously. After all, every time we make film we are all really just playing like a bunch of kids.
