This takes me back to the great kids movies of the 80s. Well actually this takes place in the 80s so that's probably part of it. This is a kids movie in a sense but it's strong enough for open adults to enjoy it.
It's a movie about friendship & rebellion. It reminds me of movies like Stand by Me and many others from that decade.
