Review of Son of Rambow (2007) by Alison P — 29 May 2011
If you were a teenager in the 80s it's worth watching this film for that alone, as it does a good job of recreating that feel. The scene in the sixth form common room is especially good for that, although it looked more like a school disco or youth club.
It's also a really good feel good film, the young leads are brilliant together and it's got a lot of heart. Recommended.
