Review of Son of Rambow (2007) by Candice C — 24 Jan 2009
This is a really delightful, if not slightly inspirational movie about the friendship of two young boys in early 80's England. They try their damndest to make a home made film in the style of the American First Blood, making new friends and adding to the cast of 'stars.'.
Entertaining, funny, heart-warming, and might just bring a tear to your eye...
(And I hate to say this, but the little boy, Lee Carter-played by Will Poulter-has the most perfect naturally high arched eyebrows i've ever seen, and would possibly kill for).
