Like Empire Strikes Back and The Godfather II, Son of Paleface is a sequel that beats out the original. Bob Hope is Junior Potter, son of the original Paleface (also played by Hope). Once again he hooks up with the devilish Jane Russell and Roy Rogers and Trigger join the cast.
Moving from one hilarious set piece to the next, this really is Bob Hope at his finest and the final chase sequence is one of the funniest ever put on film. Music, laughs, action and romance all in one package.
