Son of God is from producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey and stars Diogo Morgado, Darwin Shaw, Greg Hicks, and Roma Downey. This film brings the story of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ back to the big screen after a long absence from the cinemas.
If you are a member of the faith then this film is for you. Diogo Morgado is excellent in the film along with the rest of the cast and Hans Zimmer underscoring every scene makes for an epic soundtrack.
The films message is strong and hits home in every way that I wanted it too. It features large portions from the miniseries The Bible and some content that wasnt in the miniseries. I give Son of God an A+.
