Review of Son of Batman (2014) by Jesus C — 15 Jul 2014
This movie is entertaining as much as an animated Batman film can be.
Much richer in story and context than their live action counter-parts, these DC animated films tend to deliver time and time again. This time, there is no exception. Playing off of the Batman and Son storyline in the Batman series, Bruce Wayne is shocked to discover that he has a love child with the rogue-ish Talia Al-Gul. As such, Damien is taken in by Bruce to do his duty as a father to his son. However, as can be expected, things don't go as smoothly as you would hope.
With Neil Patrick Harris making a guest star appearance as a familiar face, and a storyline that fails not to entertain, this film is worth the watch!
While it's no Under the Red Hood, it's definitely got a great entertainment value, see it now!
