Review of Son of Batman (2014) by Ian G — 23 Apr 2014
A decent if uninspired chapter in the DCU animation cannon, pretty much acts as an introduction to non comic book junkies to the character of Damian Wayne, the son of Talia Al Ghul and Bruce Wayne who is being groomed to take over the League of Assasins from his grandfather Ra's, although over the course of the film Batman gradually installs his own code of justice and not killing to his now protege.
Interesting but I feel like it just hits a couple of beats and doesnt necesarily have a lot of history to quite make it timeless or give it proper context, at least not yet. Alright for what it is.
