Review of Somewhere (2010) by John S — 30 May 2011
A nice enough if a little dull film about a wild life actor who gets back in touch with his daughter after a period apart.
So much of the film has little or no dialogue, its really a film about not very much. There are plenty of Tits and arse in it though, which adds a little something to the film. Strange when you consider its done by a female director.
Its tough to review a film like this. I liked it and I didnt like it. Its good to watch non mainstream films like this but at the end of the day I cannot say that I thought it was particularly great in any way.
Most of it was unremarkable in fact. So I wont remark on it any more.
