Review of Somewhere (2010) by Augusto N — 16 Apr 2012
If it weren't for the incredibly bittersweet chemistry between Stephen Dorff and Elle Fanning who plays his daughter, I wouldn't recommend this agonizingly slow film at all. While it does paint a pretty realistic picture of the depressing life of a movie star, the film really only warrants one viewing.
Also what the hell is Chris Pontius doing in this? Very strange seeming him in an actual movie.
