Review of Something's Gotta Give (2003) by Dan B — 19 Jan 2013
A romantic comedy you don't see often. They always seem to make ones with young teens or even young adults but this was between two people in their late 50's and early 60's. It was funny to see Jack Nicholson play such a player I guess you would call it.
He's one of my favorite actors and never seems to disappoint. I always see that romantic comedies are about 2 hours long now and always get discussed at this, they just drag and never are funny after the first half hour but this was different.
It moved fast, had a cool story and kept you laughing a lot. It was a shocker to see Keanu Reeves in this, I just laughed when he appeared and he was good as usual. For a 2 hour romantic comedy I would say try it!
