Review of Something the Lord Made (2004) by Patrick M — 16 Jul 2007
True story - Shmue shory... It really didn't flow like a movie should. There isn't one scene of this movie that connects to the previous one. It just seems like a long series of short scenes, scattered in a loose order.
Nothing in this had any sort of impact, mostly because the actors had no personality to them, other than Mos Def being the so intellectually superior that he picks up every surgical technique in the books, just by mopping some floors.
No thanks, you have a better chance of convincing me the Grandmaster flash invented the Rubik's cube.
