Before he made his mainstream films, Spielberg directed this clunker. Family move into old farmhouse and all kinds of stuff starts to happen. Low budget trash with a few signs of Spielberg's abilities behind the camera.
Sandy Dennis her usual annoying self playing to type. This has all the signs of what was to come.....in particular it is reminiscent of Poltergeist which he did not direct. Awful!
