Review of Somersault (2004) by Greg H — 02 Mar 2008
Really great Aussie flick which was really moving on multiple levels. The backdrop of the ski town was an unusual nicety for an Aussie film. It was visually wonderful in places, had a nice soundtrack, and acting by Abbie Cornish & Sam Worthington was superb.
Somersault was tragic, poignant, emotional, void, beautiful, ugly, sad, happy, and wonderful all in one.
