Review of Somers Town (2008) by Louis F — 28 Mar 2010
Shane Meadows does it again and proves to everyone why he's the most criminally under rated British Director working today.
Another tale of working class England, another story of friendship, adolescence, culture and all the beautiful horrible wonderful things that make up life.
Amazing under stated performances from a terrifically talented cast. Meadows is one of the few directors working today that I actually get excited for. Another fine film in a fine line of fine films. Cheers.
