Neil LaBute does it again in yet another stellar, controversial portrait of damaged, violent human relationships. "Some Velvet Morning" isn't as good as, say, "The Shape of Things" or "In the Company of Men".
But LaBute fans will die for it, thanks to witty, natural writing and the terrific performances of Alice Eve and Stanley Tucci, Tucci putting on one of his best performances.
