The trailer looked good for this, but it didn't last long enough at the cinema for me to catch it on the big screen.
The plot isn't the best, fairly obvious stuff on the plot front. What is impressive is the visual style of the film, watching in HD the snow and forest scenes were pretty amazing.
James Purefoy was okay as the lead, but didn't really hit the right note for me. The acting was pretty much in the same style as Conan, without the genius of Arnie.
All in all an average swords & sourcery film that fans of movies like Conan will enjoy.
