'Solo' isn't as asinine and offensive as Rian "Ruin" Johnson's 'The Last Jedi' (that would be impossible). It is, however, dull, dreary, irritating, occasionally amusing, and overall, tone deaf.

In a time when Kathleen Kennedy should be apologizing for her poodoo show of ruining the greatest hero of science fantasy, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, and for mismanaging George Lucas's once-in-a-lifetime cinematic legacy... In a time when Disney should be firing Kennedy, cancelling Johnson's trilogy, and restoring the original Expanded Universe (free stories, proven material, at their fingertips)... Kennedyfilm instead presses onward with superficial nostalgia service, character dismantling, unimaginative plots, and in-your-face social-justicism.

I paid for different movie and hopped over to 'Solo' (something I've not done in twenty years). I didn't watch the other movie, so I think that still counts as fair. 20th Century Fox, please enjoy my contribution, and thanks again for giving George his big chance over four decades ago.
