Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Carl D — 07 Jun 2018

Alden's Han Solo is spot on with the way this story of his origin is told. He's not the grumpy Han we know from the original trilogy because he hasn't reached that stage yet. Instead, this film does a great job of showing us exactly where Han pulled those characteristics from that he would later use while fancying himself the best pilot in the galaxy.

This film tells us that Han is the culmination of all the characters and situations he has met in his past, which fits very well considering all the characters in Solo exemplify things we see in him later on down the road.

This film is very well done and is a blast.
