Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Thingdoe — 25 May 2018

I spent time reading all of the negative reviews of the film before watching it and I feel overall that most of the negative opinions did not ruin how much I enjoyed the movie. This movie was actually very fun.

Solo is a fast paced origin story with good acting and exciting action sequences. It feels very Star Wars but told in the format of a gangster Heist film. There were some very flat sequences but they didn't detract from the pace of the film overall.

I would recommend viewing it with an open perspective and try to have fun.
