Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Briain D — 29 May 2018

With a half million dollar budget for this movie I would think that they could come up with a decent storyline. Characters were flat motivations were muddled and it was not coherent with the Star Wars universe.

Apparently all Lucas Films cares about now is identity politics and making money. If they're not making money maybe they can figure out that they need a good story and good characters. There's a big reveal toward the end of the movie that would have been awesome if the movie hadn't been so terrible up to that point.

Any new characters they would expound upon I just have no excitement for at this point.
