Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Karen P — 30 May 2018
His is a great film in the saga of Star Wars traditions. It is very well cast and keeps your attention throughout. It is a buddy movie and skytrain robbery caper with Han and Chewie as the front guys. Its got humour and spark in spades - Alden Ehrenreich pretty much nails a young Ford/Solo with character tics, quipish charm and stylish swagger which Ford refined.
The only thing I disliked was a feminist droid L3 designed to have a big ass and manner - PC nonsense to please snowflakes, rather than a genuine team character for the story. otherwise I will definitely see it again, as Han Solo has been my hero and role-model since ever :)!
