Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Dawid B — 02 Jun 2018

Went in with low expectations because I flippin' HATED the Last Jedi, but was pleasantly surprised. It was a good summer movie - nothing amazing - but a good summer movie. Definitely worth seeing in the theater.

I'm not going to hate on Alden Ehrenreich, either. He was great. I don't mind it if a character is recast and not a clone of the original actor. It's OK for new actors to bring new elements to roles.

Emelia is awesome ... beautiful and there is something so charming and graceful about her. I did not care for the L3/Lando thing but whatever. Donald Glover still makes a great Lando Calrissian. I'll probably see it again.
