I honestly can see why anyone wouldn't like it. It is a decent heist movie set in the awesome Star Wars universe. It mostly does Han justice. It even ends with some interesting revelations. I can only imagine that the people disappointed with it would have been disappointed no matter what, having set far too high of standards to reasonably enjoy any film.
