Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Jose R — 15 Oct 2018

Boring story, slow paced, predictable at times, some of the things that I was questioning whilst watching Solo. There were only three aspects I find credible in this 'story' and that is that I enjoyed Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo he had a newish take I feel, as I was worried he would just try to blatantly copy Harrison Ford which I feel he hadn't, I also enjoyed Woody Harrelson and Emilia Clarke was fine I guess as she tends to play the exact same character which bores me although I do like her.

The other was that at times the action is fun and gripping but it also can get tedious. The hands down best thing about Solo was Donald Glover's performance as Lando, as usual he is amazing and such a likeable presence on both the big screen and also in music, future oscar winner for sure.
