Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Shane J — 01 Jul 2018

No expectations heading into the movie... the first hour was unspectacular: it was visually washed out, the characters were okay, the action was sparse and forced, and it seemed like they just wanted to transfer an old western movie to a space environment.

In the second half of the movie, the pace picked up, the characters became a lot more interesting and there was a bit of an actin payoff.
