This film further confirms just how incredible of a method actor Michael Douglas truly is. Douglas steals the show, which is something to be said considering the impressive line-up of supporting actors (Susan Sarandon, Danny DeVito, Mary-Louise Parker and Jesse Eisenberg).
While the dialogue tends to be a bit dry at times, and Douglas? character starts to become more unlikable as the film moves on, Douglas? performance alone makes the film worth seeing.
