The experience was magical, exceptionally moving, thanks to the strong performances of the leads. The direction itself seems to adequately emphasize the drama; however, it could have had more potential in affecting.
But the performances already brewed an only too convincing atmosphere for me. Too moving and too convincing, perhaps.
