Essentially, Solaris tells a rather complex story of love and loss.

It presents an interesting idea; what would you sacrifice to have the one your love the most, once taken away from you, to be given back. [SPOILER] In the case of Solaris, the main character gives up his sanity and, for the most part, his entire life [SPOILER].

I really enjoyed this film. I found it to be quite moving. It has a very significant tone to it, it's very unique.

I give Solaris 5/5 Stars.
