It's a typical 80s film, from 1986 but it has enough mainstream actors to tie it in to what most would recognise. Bruce Payne, Out of Passenger 57, Alexie Sayle, Jason Patric from Speed 2, Adrian PAsdar from.
... well he's been in a few crap films but this one is pleasantly entertaining enough not to sink below the crap margin. A nice musical Scoretypical again of 80s films and a child-like innocence to it.
It can sometimes verge on a cheap power Rangers-esque ordeal (Think PR Turbo), but it was the 80s. I rather enjoyed it.
