This movie hinges on so much on what people "remember". Yet psychology has proven that memories, especially those so long ago, can be false. When you are convinced that something happen you will tailor your memories to conform your memories to believe what is "real".
Kurt killed him self. Logically it make no sense for Courtney Love to have the money maker killed.
