It's a thin line between romance and dark humor. Quite an unusual character for Mike Myers (excluding playing the quirky Scottish father) as a man who is suspicious about the woman he is dating of the possibility of being the crazy, psychopath.
A parody of horror and gore films, with a bit of sentimental romance thrown in for kicks.
