Out of the realist art school of movies with a message that action is futile. At least that's what I got out of it. Style over substance. This dream/nightmare flicks are entertaining in their own way and give actors the stage to show what they can do.
Tilda Swinton was quite good in this regard. But this doesn't compare to other nightmarish movies such as Brazil.
