Review of Snowpiercer (2013) by Maxx D — 29 Jun 2015
At times ridiculous but deeply enjoyable action-drama movie. Chris 'The Cap' Evans puts on a great performance as do the rest of the cast (including a very good character piece from Swinton). The action is tight, the cinematography and set design are both excellent and the high production value makes up for the overly long running time and the blatantly silly plot.
Could have done with being half an hour shorter but otherwise a great watch. Had a nice 'The Raid' simplicity to it. Recommended!
