A circumnavigating train runs around the world in exactly one year in perpetual motion. Outside is unsurvivable cold & snow from the last anti global warming geoengineering chemtrails "experiment" that seems to have over compensated with a vengence. The train itself is a highly stratified desparate class system. It's a closed system that is kept in balance by repressing & culling its passingers into a secretly controlled rebellion suppression cycles of "sustainability".

Full of logical & dramatic holes in much the same way a "closed system" theory or perpetual motion machine or geoengineering chemtrails might thus fail to work at all. Human caused global warming climate change is real & has none of the standard sequela logic holes that scifi falls prey to. So global cooling artificially let alone otherwise is sure to never save us in time from our own devices.
