Hunger Games meets The Polar Express. If you move beyond the overt attempts at political propaganda, what do you have left? A grand example of how star power and relatively good production value cannot overcome such a ridiculous premise, or is it lame allegory? Surely, in a dystopian arctic future, humans capable of creating a perpetual motion train would be able to create a subterranean utopia complete with tiki bars, grow lights and cool music.

Not even Captain America himself could save this turkey..
