Review of Snowman (2015) by Nathaniel C — 15 Jun 2010
The Snowman is watchable on you tube in 3 parts. Well the nostalgia critic told me about this film and it sounded good to me. This film made me cry. I haven't cried for a movie in years, but this took me in and made me emotional.
This ilm may haven't speaking parts, but the animation is just so creative that it can take you through the emotions of the people in it. Well since there's no talking the music is one that is so beautiful and so enjoyable until we hit the end.
The end is just so horrible its good. It's a bad lesson to teach kids that "life sucks" but it also shows that our best moments of our lives are magical and in the end it will go away and we will have is memories, but we must get over it.
In this ending I cried for this little animated boy. I could have held it in but the music takes a sharp depressing turn in the end I just broke down. So in the end the music and the animation is so beautiful you can actually know these people in an animated film without any speaking parts, and thats saying a lot.
