Review of Snowden (2016) by Richard D — 20 Jan 2017
Not exactly entertaining in the tradition sense but more informational. Plays off a lot like All the President's Men and Spotlight when its about uncovering the truth of government power. Joseph does a wonderful job portraying this awkward young man and his decision to do what he did.
One of Oliver's better films but it does have his usual message, but that's not surprising. It's worth a watch but if you watch the news shows then you already know everything.
