Snowden is played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, he played the real life story of a courageous highly intelligent kid that exposed the truth about the NSA. The story was astonishing how Snowden grew in the government ranks and learned the truth how the government was collecting our personal data from the internet social economic sites.
It is so scary to think how our government is trying to protect us from ourselves and that terrorism is just a cause for an excuse just to go to war. It was a great plot with a wonderful cast that includes Shailene Woodley and Nicholas Cage.
Overall I think this was Oliver Stone's best film, it was definitely better than Fifth Estate. Definitely add this to your library.
