I can't tell if it's slightly better or worse than the very disappointing Hell or high water. Either way it's a incredibly biased and dull movie on a subject that should be treated in a more open ended way.

Instead of trying to answer the question of foreign policy and domestic spying, Oliver Stone tries to give you a answer. read up about Snowden before seeing this movie if you do. because you deserve to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
