Review of Snowden (2016) by Scott A — 15 Sep 2016

This was a lackluster movie. The acting was just OK, nothing exciting nor too dramatic. The plot dragged on for quite awhile and I was finally glad that the movie was over. They tried to portray Snowden as being a patriot that only did what he did in order to help the U. S. The way they portray this it seems like this that was the message they were trying to get across to people (yes govt. was wrong, and Snowden for being portrayed as an extremely smart man tries to convince us that committing espionage is something a patriot would do).

If I had to sum up this movie in one sentence, I would call it a propaganda movie designed to try to influence people and change public sentiment so he might get a pardon.
