Review of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1938) by Cj W — 10 Mar 2014
Snow White is a remarkable feat in filmmaking, not only because it is the first color animated feature film, but because it is a beautiful film that gives us a glimpse into the magic that was to come. The animation is so bright and colorful, which dazzles our eyes.
But the story also presents wonderful characters that will always stick in your mind, a trait of nearly every great Disney film to come out since. However, I don't think that this is as good as a lot of Disney's later works, such as, Pinocchio, Fantasia, or Bambi, but it is still great family entertainment and has that Disney magic that we all grow up with.
