Review of Snow White and the Huntsman (2012) by Christopher M — 20 Apr 2013

Good, but uneven. Some elements of the film were really excellent, especially their unique take on the classic tale. Dwarves, mirrors, apples, and the lot were very well done, and many visual elements of the film were downright lovely.

However, you could only feel sorry for the plot while it was lurching clumsily about, trying to find its drunken way home. Also, while it's not original to hate on Kristen Stewart, she *was* a really important part of the movie and she *did* add nothing to it.

.. so that was bad. Still, when all was said and done, I really did enjoy it, so two cheers or something.
