130822: This is not your childhood Snow White story. Dark and violent. For such a long film, seemed rushed. For example, when the Huntsman is hired to look for Snow White he finds her too quickly, almost too easily.
And again, when Snow White eats the poison apple, the Huntsman pulls her out of her spell just as fast as he found her in the Dark Woods. Too easy, never mind the fact he seems totally inappropriate for her.
Not a bad film, just unsatisfying.
