Snow White and the Huntsman - fantasy film directed by Rupert Sanders from the screenplay by Evan Daugherty, Martin Solibakke, John Lee Hancock and Hossein Amini. The film was based on German fairy-tale by Brothers Grimm, called 'Snow White'. Starring Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart. Film received two nominations at the Academy in the categories of Best Visual Effects and Best Costume Designs.
Film takes us on its adventure journey of 'Snow White and the Huntsman. Kristen Stewart plays 'fairest of all lady' - Charlize Theron is evil queen viciously pursuing to kill her; in doing so sends out team of huntsman to capture her. Chris Hemsworth is the huntsman who ultimately recognizes her worth and switches his aim of life.
It started robustly. Obviously, people with love for Snow White, might like this, under perception that the movie seeks quite different approach. Definitely for a film like this, much expected appreciation has to come about for its visual-effects - and ofcourse, all these characters who find a reason to be in it.
