I really enjoyed this retelling of the Snow White fable. The cast was pretty good - especially Charlize Theron as the evil queen. Kristen Stewart, who I feel is unfairly denigrated, played Snow with strength and compassion.
Not the watered down Disney version here. Dark and moody; the dwarves (who were played by some very good actors I was surprised to see in a movie of this type: Bob Hoskins, Ian McShane, Toby Jones, etc.
) were especially far from the lovable goofballs of Disney.
