I worked on this movie when it was filming. It was originally called Winter Dance and it was a more mature script that fit a wider audience. They changed the script to make it rated G and ended up making a pretty bad movie.
It's too bad that they changed it so much because I know people would have enjoyed it as it was originally intended.
