Review of Snow Cake (2006) by Missy F — 17 Sep 2007
A beautiful, wonderful, touching movie. Fantastic acting from everybody involved. One of Alan Rickman's absolute finest, and Sigourney Weaver's performance left me laughing and crying. Some wonderful supporting roles as well.
Despite the seriousness of the overall plotline, the laughs are well deserved and placed perfectly. After all, you can't live your entire life with guilt or demons. Such a great film that I wish I'd heard of sooner.
