Review of Snow Angels (2007) by Jeanna I — 11 Apr 2008
I loved this movie. Its a David Gordon Green film so naturally I assumed it was going to crush my soul and it did but I don't regret the experience. Sam Rockwell is incredible in this film, as are the other actors and actresses.
And it was nice to see Amy Sedaris in something other than a comedy. The film also featured music by explosions in the sky, mono, and silver mt. zion, which made me very happy to hear. Greens film "All the Real Girls" succeeded in making me hate relationships and everyone who has ever been in a good one, just as this new film by him has scared the shit out of me ever pursuing a family.
