Way too much self-indulgence by the director. Not enough plot, too much character work early on. Too many characters to deal with convolutes the story. Could have done with a lot of serious editing. The main female character is so unlikeable that it is hard not to root against her.
Not sure what the director wants us as an audience to root for. Interesting enough for a mild recommendation.
